Banner Rotation: entire site including homepage, forums, member photo gallery, and articles.
Statistics: Advertisers are able to log into an online user interface and view statistics about how their banner ads are performing; we use the PhpAdsNew system to manage ads on BavarianSPEED.com. In addition to a simple overview, advertisers are able to view monthly, weekly, daily, and hourly statistics. Individual banner ads and campaign statistics are avaliable throught this user interface.

Sponsors will have the forum access to:
- Edit their own post
- Delete their own post
- Can open/close their own threads
- Post public events on calendar

+ GENERAL POLICIES
Advertising content will consist of banner ads placed throughout the BavarianSpeed.com website. Each ad will be displayed randomly on a frequency of at least 1 out of 15 page views.

Advertising content will be posted within 7 days of receipt of payment and banner.

BavarianSPEED.com reserves the right to change advertising rates. The new rates would impact new service only.

BavarianSPEED.com reserves the right to place the word "advertisement" on copy that, in the opinion of BavarianSPEED.com, resembles editiorial content.

BavarianSPEED.com reserves the right to modify (at the advertiser's expense) any advertisement, with the advertiser's approval, in such cases where BavarianSPEED.com finds the copy, artwork or any creative element to be (but limited to) libelous, misleading, obscene, offensive or otherwise objectionable.

Acceptance of all advertising is subject to BavarianSpeed.com administrators and/or moderators approval, and agreement by the advertiser to indemnify and protect BavarianSPEED.com from loss or expense on claims and suits based upon contents of advertisements. This included, but is not limited to libel, plagiarism, copyright infringment and unauthorized use of a person's name or photograph.

The advertiser indemnifies and holds harmless BavarianSPEED.com for any and all losses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees) resulting from BavarianSPEED.com exercising its right to not publish submissions from the advertiser.

BavarianSPEED.com shall not be liable for any costs or damages if, for any reason, an advertisement is not published. BavarianSPEED.com reserves all rights to cancel any sponsorship campaign at any time at the sole discretion of BavarianSPEED.com administrators and/or moderators. Any remain balance of the sponsorship term will be prorated and refunded to the sponser in the event of such cancellation(s).

By becoming a BavarianSPEED.com sponsor, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the aforementioned terms.
BavarianSpeed.com reserves the right to update and modify the sponsorship terms at any time, for whatever reason, at the sole discretion of BavarianSPEED.com administrators and/or moderators.
